On an ordinary Wednesday afternoon in Matadi, Claudine was scrolling through her phone while waiting for her brother to finish shopping. Out of curiosity, she downloaded Wina Draw after seeing an ad about winning cash prizes.
She spent less than what she would on a cold drink â just a small amount on a single raffle ticket.
She forgot about it until later that evening when she received a notification:
“Congratulations! Your ticket has won!”
Claudine stared at her phone in disbelief. With one small step, her entire week changed.
The winnings she collected helped her start a small jewelry side business, something she had always dreamed of but couldn't afford.
This is the beauty of digital raffles.
They are affordable, meaning anyone can play.
They offer real opportunities, not gimmicks.
They can create real change â just from one moment of fun.
Across DR Congo and beyond, everyday people like Claudine are turning small entries into life-changing moments.
